Most of our engineers are located around London and the South East of England.
In addition we have built strategic relationships with regional business partners throughout the UK who can deliver local on-site services in a more timely and cost-effective manner than moving engineers around the country.
Some of the partners are ex-EvEnt staff, or engineers we have trained ourselves, which means we are able to ensure a consistently high standard of nationwide support.
In certain circumstances we supply bonded loan-stock or parts at the customers premises to further aid the response time.
If your site has more than 50 Users, you might want to consider hiring a full-time, on-site engineer.
The advantage of using EvEnt to provide an Engineer is that we will automatically cover periods of sickness, holidays, and training, with our other engineers, so providing continuity of service.
All this without the overhead and inflexibility that comes with employing your own headcount; together with all that goes with providing a pension, career path, ongoing training etc etc.
Alternatively, if you do already have in-House engineers; but you still need cover when they are on holiday, ill or away training; then we can provide coverage during such times, to ensure continuity of cover.
