"Hermes" is the name of EvEnt's repair and call management system.
By connecting to, or creating a User account, you will be able to log a repair with us, and thereafter will be able to track it's progress.

You must create an account if you wish to: Book in equipment for an Apple Warranty Repair Book in equipment for a Workshop Repair Track the progress of an existing repair. Log a Contract Call If you have used us before, most likely you will already have an account, so that all you need to do is just create a new PIN Number.
